Canton Fair Complex to Fully Offer Integral Exhibition Service Solution, New Level of Overall Service

From June, 2013, Canton Fair complex has launched “Exhibition Integral Service Solution”. It is another important measure Canton Fair complex has taken to “improve service”, following the establishment of customer service center and certification of customer service ISO9001 quality management system in 2009.It indicates that the services of Canton Fair complex will go to a new stage.

        In recent years, the demand of exhibitors has become more and more diversified and the requirement on fair venue has changed from the provision of exhibition site and facilities to diversified services. Faced with such development trend, Canton Fair complex has researched deeply to the plural demands of exhibitors and has determined the innovation thinking of “change from a purely fair venue seller and basic service provider to the provider of integral service solution” so as to meet the demand of exhibitors maximally.
